PERSONAL DATA & COOKIES
The purpose of this charter (hereinafter referred to as the “Charter”) is to inform users of the https://delta-paddle.com/ website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) of the measures and commitments taken by DELTA PADDLE (hereinafter referred to as “DELTA”) concerning the confidentiality of the personal data of users of the Website, as well as the cookies policy implemented by DELTA.
Users of the Site are strongly advised to consult the Charter regularly before consulting and using the Site.
ARTICLE 1 – SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The Charter applies to the Site, to the exclusion of third-party websites and services to which the Site may refer or provide access.

ARTICLE 2 – DATA CONTROLLER
Personal data on the Site is collected by OSP CONCEPT.
OSP CONCEPT is a simplified joint stock company with a single shareholder, with a share capital of 10,000.00 euros, registered in the Manosque Trade and Companies Register under number 893 245 035, with the intra-community VAT number FR 228 932 450 35 and whose registered office is located at ZA, 1264 AVENUE DE TRAVERSETOLO 04 700 ORAISON, represented by Mr and Mrs Barbier, in their capacity as managers.
ARTICLE 3 – PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
As part of the use of the Website and depending on the service used by the user on the Website, DELTA may collect and process the user’s name, date of birth, gender, e-mail address, home/postal address, telephone number, IP address, geolocation, user ID, password, connection and browsing data, order history, bank details, preferences and interests, products viewed and purchased, delivery incidents and complaints.
The compulsory or optional nature of the data is indicated at the time of collection by the use of an asterisk. Refusal to provide mandatory data may result in the restriction or prohibition of the use of a function or service.
ARTICLE 4 – USE OF PERSONAL DATA
The data collected helps DELTA to establish and manage its relationship with users of the Website and to offer them a personalised experience in line with their needs and interests.

ARTICLE 5 – RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA AND TRANSFERS
5.1 THE DATA COLLECTED ON THE SITE IS INTENDED FOR ABSTRACT AND ITS GROUP SUBSIDIARIES.
It may nevertheless be transmitted to or consulted by third-party companies (subcontractors) that DELTA uses to carry out certain services and orders placed via the Website, such as :

5.2 MARKETING DIRECT ET INDIRECT

ARTICLE 6 – PROTECTION OF MINORS’ PRIVACY
The Site is not intended for minors. However, access to the site is not restricted to adults as long as there is no content prohibited for under-18s.
The Site does not aim to collect the personal data of minors.
If the information of a minor is nevertheless collected, the legal representative of the minor will be able to contact DELTA to rectify, modify or delete this information in accordance with Article 6 of the French Data Protection Act, in application of the provisions of Article 7 below.
ARTICLE 7 – RIGHTS RELATING TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
7.1 RIGHT OF ACCESS, MODIFICATION, RECTIFICATION AND DELETION
Users of the Site have the right to access their personal data and, where appropriate, to request :

– The limitation of the processing of said data by DELTA,

– All information relating to their data.

In accordance with the regulations in force, the request must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing the signature of the user of the Site making the request and specifying the address to which the reply should be sent. A reply will be sent within 2 months of receipt of the request.
7.2 RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY
Users of the Website also have a right to the portability of the personal data concerning them that they have communicated to DELTA as part of their use of the Website, enabling them to recover part of their data recorded by DELTA on the Website in order to store it or transmit it easily from the Website to another website, with a view to its re-use for personal purposes.

7.4 OPPOSITION TO TELEPHONE CANVASSING
If users of the Website do not wish to receive telephone solicitations, they must provide DELTA with their telephone number at the following e-mail address marketing@delta-paddle.com, or by post at the address referred to in article 7.1 above.
Users of the Site will then receive a receipt specifying the date on which their registration will become effective, on the understanding that this period will be a maximum of 30 days after the issue of the receipt. The receipt will also indicate the duration of the registration on the opposition list.

ARTICLE 10 – COOKIES

Deactivating, setting, deleting and expiring cookies :
